3. Booking and Appointments
Service Requests
- All service requests must be submitted through our contact form, phone, or email
- We will provide a written quote for services upon site assessment
- Services commence only after written agreement and payment terms are established
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel appointments with 24 hours notice without penalty
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather or safety concerns

- Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment
6. Service Limitations
Weather and Environmental Factors
Garden services are subject to weather conditions and environmental factors beyond our control. We may need to reschedule or modify services due to:
- Heavy rain, storms, or extreme weather
- Soil conditions that prevent safe work
- Plant diseases or pest infestations
- Seasonal growing limitations
Property Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if:
- Property conditions are unsafe for our staff
- Required permits or approvals are not obtained
- Site access is inadequate for equipment or materials
- Legal or regulatory restrictions prevent service delivery
7. Warranties and Guarantees
Service Warranty
- We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion
- Plant materials come with a 30-day survival guarantee under normal conditions
- Warranty excludes damage from weather, pests, or improper care
Limitation of Warranty
Our warranties do not cover:
- Natural plant mortality or seasonal changes
- Damage from extreme weather events
- Issues arising from client negligence or improper maintenance
- Changes in soil or water conditions
8. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability
- We carry public liability insurance for our gardening operations
- Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions
Client Liability
- Clients are responsible for ensuring property insurance coverage
- Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions
- Clients are liable for any damage resulting from failure to disclose property conditions
9. Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and proprietary gardening methods remain the intellectual property of Mitig Picca. Clients receive a license to use designs for their specific property but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- We encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably
- Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days
- Unresolved disputes will be subject to Singapore law and jurisdiction
- We may offer mediation services for complex disputes
12. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. Upon termination:
- Payment is due for all services rendered
- Materials and plants installed remain property of the client
- Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
- Warranty obligations continue for completed work
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
